What TinyFixes collects
TinyFixes stores operational data needed to create and review short videos, including topic ideas, scripts, generated captions, hashtags, source URLs, source attribution, local file names, video metadata, upload status, schedule status, and publication history.
When a publishing account is connected, TinyFixes may receive basic profile information allowed by the authorized scope, such as the authorized user's platform ID, display name, and avatar, for account identification inside the workflow.
How connected account data is used
Connected account basic profile information is used only to confirm which creator account authorized the integration.
The upload scope is used only to upload reviewed MP4 videos as drafts to the authorized creator account. TinyFixes does not sell connected account data and does not use it for unrelated advertising.
Storage and security
Operational files are stored in the application's Railway environment and attached storage volume. Local sync may copy final MP4 outputs and metadata to the operator's Mac for manual review.
Connected platform and provider credentials should be stored in environment variables or server-side token storage and are not intentionally displayed in the public website.
Access to the operator dashboard should be limited to the project operator and trusted administrators.
Sharing
TinyFixes may send video files and metadata to connected publishing platforms only after authorization and operator review.
TinyFixes may use third-party provider APIs such as OpenAI, Pexels, or Pixabay to generate voiceover, metadata, or source legal stock video. Data sent to those providers is limited to what is needed for the requested workflow.
TinyFixes does not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Generated videos and intermediate files may be deleted after publication or cleanup to reduce storage use.
Publication history may be retained to avoid duplicate content and to track what was posted.
The operator may delete generated files, jobs, metadata, and credentials from the server environment when they are no longer needed.
Contact
For access, deletion, credential rotation, or privacy questions, contact the TinyFixes project operator through the website operator channel.
